Termite Inspections Blue Sky Pest Control offers two types of termite inspections for residential homeowners and commercial property owners: our free courtesy inspection and the close of escrow WDIIR report. A WDIIR, or Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Report, is a document that many banks and lending institutions require before a property can be sold, and only a licensed pest control company can perform the inspection and prepare the report. One of Blue Sky’s Arizona-licensed termite inspectors comes to your home to complete a comprehensive inspection of the property for evidence of termites or termite damage. For all of our inspections:A termite inspector who is licensed with the State of Arizona performs every inspection. Our termite inspectors complete a full inside, outside and garage inspection to search for visible evidence of termites. Our inspectors provide recommendations to eliminate any conditions that are conducive to termite activity.Blue Sky provides various options to make sure your home stays protected against termites. So, what’s the difference between Blue Sky’s courtesy termite inspections and WDIIR inspections? Blue Sky’s WDIIR inspections and reports differ slightly from our free courtesy inspections in that we do charge for the close-of-escrow WDIIR reports. The reason we charge for WDIIR inspections is because we are completing a WDIIR report that is turned into the State of Arizona and this report is also usually provided to the lending institution providing the loan for the property. For a close-of-escrow WDIIR inspection and report, Blue Sky Pest Control:Schedules inspections to be completed quickly in order to avoid interrupting the closing process.Provides pricing for recommended termite work to address any termite infestations that our inspectors discover.Files the WDIIR report with the State of Arizona in a timely manner.Call 480-635-8492 and receive a free, no-obligation termite inspection.*Excludes WDIIR reports.
